"Le Petit Gégé", Maison Gillardeau's bistro bike

Innovation has always been at the heart of Maison Gillardeau’s DNA for 4 generations. Following this path, and after the launch of its food truck La Marcelle 2 years ago, Véronique Gillardeau reveals Maison Gillardeau latest tasting concept: “Le Petit Gégé”.
This innovative “bistro bike”, named by Véronique Gillardeau after the grandson of Maison Gillardeau’s founder Gerard Gillardeau, results from a collaboration with the renowned Peugeot Design Lab.
“Le Petit Gégé” embodies the perfect balance between tradition and modernity, a recipe that Maison Gillardeau has cherished for many generation.
Combining touches of wood and stainless steel, its innovative and refined design is inspired by the essence of ostreiculture world. With its tapered coffer sealed by leather hinges its silhouette reminds the one of an ancient car.
